Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
2-3 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasonings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and make into meatballs about the size of a quarter, will make about 60 meatballs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. The meatballs freeze well.
